Ping/Pong
A Graphic Novel by Ahseem Yousuf and Falah Zaidan
Ping/Pong is the first comic book written by me, and it debuted at the Thought Bubble Comic Convention 2024. It follows the story of a grieving father who finds an old '70s game console among the possessions of his deceased dad. This find takes him down memory lane as he reconnects with the games of his past and finds healing in nostalgia.
It's Grim Up North

I collaborated with Harun Hassan Ali of Bad Reaction Games to write the script for his new video game, It's Grim Up North, which was awarded a £30,000 UK Games Fund Grant in 2023. The full script is roughly 80,000 words long and follows the story of an aging detective, Terry Thomas, bored in his local Yorkshire village. He finds a new lease of life when aliens invade! Using his Yorkshire wits, Terry must defeat the aliens and save Yorkshire!
